What you need
- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Vanilla Ice Cream Matcha
- A small bowl
- Lemonade
- A cup of ice
- A glass or mason jar (if you feeling fancy!)
What to do
- First, you want to get 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of your Vanilla Ice Cream Matcha in a small bowl.
- Next, add a splash of 80°C water (you can do this by adding a splash of cold water first and then adding a splash of hot water).
- Now whisk the matcha, we find the best way to do this is the traditional way of using a Bamboo Matcha Whisk.
- Once you have whisked it and there are no lumps, pour your matcha into a glass that is filled with ice. Or pour into a cocktail shaker and shake shake shake!
- Top up your glass with lemonade
- Pop in a straw and enjoy!
