    How to make a hot tea

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    A tasty kick start

    I was apprehensive at first as I’ve heard Yerba Mate is an acquired taste but this blend is delicious. A really enjoyable drink that doesn’t leave me feeling agitated like some caffeine drinks do.

    It also smells divine and really helps to hit that sweet spot when I’m craving a sweet treat
