London Fog Tea

For those who dont know what London fog is, its a latte made with Earl grey and sometimes added vanilla . This tea is earl grey with vanilla, peppercorns and jasmine flavorings. Tastes smooth and delicate, not at all astringent or bitter. Best without milk, so the delicate flavor and natural creaminess comes through. its fragrant and relaxing with a hint of warmth from the peppercorn. Not as bold and astringent as regular earl grey, not as citrusy and fruity as Rooibos earl grey, and more fragrant than earl grey creme. I would not have thought that chinese jasmine tea and earl grey woudl be similar but i guess they are. Its very nice and delicate for a cosy refined afternoon.
