    Our fab caffeine free breakfast blend has been designed by Co-Founder Krisi, specifically for all those who love a great classic breakfast tea but want to avoid caffeine! Perfect to give your breakfast brew an upgrade, this rooibos tea blend has a hint of honey in it &is great with milk.

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    My favourite tea.

    We are big Rooibos fans in our household as it's caffeine free and usually drink a well known brand or supermarket tea bags. At our Everyman cinema, I experienced Bird and Blend and was instantly converted. Yes, it is pricey, but there is absolutely no comparison. It's like comparing champagne to fizzy wine. Love it.

    Christmas present

    As the tras were bought as a Christmas present for my daughter in law it's difficult to give a personal review from the tea drinkers' perspective.

    The site was informative and easy to make a choice on her behalf.
