    Not for me. .

"Excited to try a different type of tea with the Pureh, but the fennel is too strong for me. If it tasted more of the ginger and orange I think I’d like it, but heigh-ho! Can’t win them all!"

Really effective brew - tea cupboard staple

"As I’m prone to poor digestion periodically, I have found this brew to be a great help when I’m feeling a bit off. The taste is not “delicious” as most of my b&b tea cupboard brews are, however, that said, it does what it says it will and so it’s earned its place in the tea cupboard!"

    Q&A

Is it ok to add honey to this tea or am I undoing the good in the tea?!This tea blend tastes delicious and the honey just seems elevate it even more. But then I love tea and honey :)
Hi Jooles! Thanks so much for a great question. Tea is all about how it makes you feel. If you love honey in your tea then it's okay by us :) I am not sure what effect it would have on the digesters qualities as we are not medical professionals, but if it brings you joy then its all good. I am going to try it myself. Happy Sipping!
Hi, can you taste the fennel a lot in this tea? I really need something to help with digestion and bloating but I can’t stand fennel or licorice, are there any alternatives? Thanks so much Emily x
Hi Emily, thank you for your question. This blend is so soothing for any tummy related problems. I find it so calming and I cant taste the individual ingredients - that the magic of mixology. I'd recommend you give it a try. Andi @ B&B
Does this tea include caffeine ? Will it help IBS symptoms - stomach cramps and bloating?
Hi Suzy, The Digester Tea contains both Oolong and Pu'erh tea which means that it is caffeinated (although not as much as say coffee for example). Although we don't claim to be medical professionals, we do know that this tea contains ingredients that are often said to calm the stomach, boost metabolism and energy levels, as well as stimulate digestion. These ingredients include ginger, fennel and ginseng. I hope this helps but please do let us know if you have any other questions. Rhi @ B&B
How many spoonfuls of the loose tea to one cup please measured with the spoon you sell ?
FanTEAstic question! The perfect Teaspoon we sell gives you the, well, perfect amount for one cup of tea (I like mine strong so I use a heaped spoon) Happy brewing! Andi @ B&B
Hi. Is there an "ideal" time to drink this tea to get the best benefits from it?
Hello, Thank you for getting in touch with your question! We are not medical professionals so we can't say for certain but I find it helps me best after I have eaten :) I hope that helps but let me know if you have any other questions! Lizzie @ B&B
