    Black tea | Medium caffeine

    We know there is nothing better than a cuppa tea and cake (except perhaps a cake flavoured cuppa!)

    This black loose leaf tea blend is inspired by the Victoria's sponge cake, which was invented by Queen Victoria herself! She found that afternoon tea just wasn't enough and needed a little extra - we like your thinking QV!

    A perfect blend of vanilla & raspberry with black tea - I say!

    Vicky's Sponge Cake is our charity of the quarter's chosen blend which means all profits from this quarter will go straight to the charity, Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity.

    Ingredients

    Sri Lankan Black Tea, Freeze-Dried Raspberry, Raspberry Leaves, Desiccated Coconut, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Nice

    I did like this! It’s a nice tea. Very pretty. Glad I tried but there are many more B&B teas I prefer!

    Coconutty!

    Nice brew, rich depth of flavour and undeniably yummy. For me the coconut flavour was quite dominant.
