Bonfire Toffee Sticky Chai

My sister and I were visiting York last September and stepped into the shop in the Shambles. This tea was a sample, and she had 3! Unfortunately, she didn't purchase any at the time and forgot to write it down, but she kept thinking about it for weeks.

After we returned home to the US, she called the main customer service line, and the team generously reached out to the Shambles manager and together they figured out what the sample tea was the day we were in the shop. She mentioned her calls to me and that she'd found out the "sticky toffee bun something" was the tea she loved that day..

I went on-line before Christmas and searched for the tea with those keywords and this popped up. I ordered her 2 bags and they arrived between Christmas and New Year. She was delighted and said this was her favorite gift.

I love bonfire toffee tea so I high hopes for the sticky chai version and I wasn't disappointed. I thought the smokiness is more subtle in this bit still there. I really enjoy this and it's great for the cold weather!
