    Amazing and customer service the cherry on top!

    I purchased this mug for my mums birthday , unfortunately when it arrived there was a chip on the handle. I emailed customer services who were so quick at getting back to me (around 40 minutes). Incredibly polite and didn’t make me feel like they were questioning me, I offered photos and it felt like this wasn’t even needed, I was simply believed.. which is rare nowadays! Apologies profusely, offered to send me a replacement straight away, walked me through what to expect and within two working days it had arrived In time for my mums birthday! Incredible through and through!

    Fabulous tea!

    I was bought a burden blend tea cup and strainer and a Chinese treasures mix for Christmas and I have been obsessed ever since! I have since bought the cloud mug to use at work along with the chocolate digestive mix and I can’t wait to try more!!
