    Inspired by the pastel candies you can pick up all over Edinburgh, this wonderful & delicate white tea is fruity, with notes of raspberry, apple pieces, sunflower petals, you name it!

    How to make a hot tea

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Fruity & light

    I have never tried Edinburgh rock so this was a complete surprise for me. Such a delicate and light tea but plenty of flavour and depending on which tea bits get scooped out of the bag I made 2 different coloured brews. My husbands brew was pink while mine was orange. I think in summer this would be beautiful cold brewed and poured over ice. I only purchased this as a taster bag but will definitely be restocking.
