    Fast becoming a seasonal staple, Toffee Apple Matcha is back & we can’t wait to whip up a matcha latte with this one! Oh so scrumptious, sweet sticky toffee & juicy crisp, autumn apples flavour combine in this blend of rooibos & Japanese matcha.

    Japanese Matcha Green Tea, Lucuma, Rooibos, Apple (Dehydrated Apple, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), Natural Flavouring Granules, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

    • matcha spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

    • matcha spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • mature 80 degree water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

    • iced matcha tea

      Step 4

      Pour on top of ice with water, lemonade or milk

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    Try it as an oat milk latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon! It tastes great iced with apple juice too!

    Fabulous autumnal latte's

    This is my first flavoured matcha and it's a fantastic alternative to traditional matcha. The slightly sweet toffee notes and crisp apple give a wonderful autumnal feel. This excels as a matcha latte, giving a warm, smooth, velvety mouthfeel with the slight acidity of the apple coming through to give a really balanced drink. Shout out to the team in the Newcastle store for the serving suggestion!

    Love this one

    Now I’m torn as lemon or peach were my favourite but now this is added to my list of favourites, subtle apple flavour.
